While importing modern production technologies, YOFC also introduces advanced management methods and regulations, especially modern quality management programs, enabling every production procedure under strict and scientific quality control.

In 1993, YOFC became the first company in optical fibre and cable industry of China which passed ISO 9002 quality management system authentication carried out by N.V. KEMA in theNetherlands.

In 2001, YOFC employed ERP system to initiate the enterprise resource planning program where the whole process from raw material purchase, contract evaluation, product manufacture, and product delivery to after-sale service has been supervised to guarantee that the product, the technology and the service meet the needs of customers.

In 2002, YOFC changed the quality management system to ISO 9001: 2000, which indicates that the quality management system of YOFC has been continuously improved.
