As the step of 2010 Lunar New Year is approaching, 2010 YOFC Spring Festival Gala -- “Tiger Leaping in Lunar New Year” was curtained up in Wuhan Science and Technology Exhibition Center in the East Lake Hi-tech Development Zone. Yuan Shanla-the executive vice mayor of Wuhan City, Tang Huihu-the deputy secretary-general of city government, Xia Shijie-the vice director of development zone administration, Wen huiguo- the Chairman of YOFC board, Zheng Huili-the board director, Xu Xizhou-the General Manager and other company leaders enjoyed the gala together with employees and their families.

At the beginning of the gala, Chairman Wen Huiguo extended the greetings from the leaders of provincial government, metropolitan government and district government to YOFC employees and their families and their affirmation on YOFC’s achievements made in 2009. In his speech, he mentioned that YOFC created a new high for production and sales, obtained SA8000 certificated, established YOFC XMKJ Optical Communications Co. Ltd. and YOFC XMKJ Optical Cable Co. Ltd., and acquired a part of shares from Shenzhen Tefa and encouraged YOFC people to create better results in the New Year. Mr. Xu Xizhou further encouraged employees to make persistent efforts and work hard to be a conscientious YOFC person. In the commendation ceremony, Chairman Wen Huiguo, General Manager Xu and Director Zhen awarded honorary certificates to post masters, advanced individuals and advanced units and had group pictures taken with them.

The fabulous performances given by many talented employees later on won audience bursts of applauses and laughs from time to time, The jubilant dance “Rapture”, the emotional trio “Thanksgiving Heart”, the original song “Hope”, the striking rock-n-roll “Believe myself” and so on pushed the gala to climax and gave a chance for everybody to entirely release all busyness and stress of last year in this evening. Everybody set for himself a more challenging target and stricter requirements. The gala came to a close in a joyful air.
