As the 60th anniversary of P.R.C, YOFC had held the 11th Youth Post Skill Competition. In these eleven years, competition had brought up more than one hundred YOFC’s youth post experts, many Hubei’s youth post experts and Wuhan’s youth post experts with the highly attention of the management, concerted effort of departments and positive participation of all young staffs.
The event of Youth Post Skill Competition went on five months since competition have been curtained up on July 20th. During this period, departments of YOFC attached importance to the competition, and then orderly arranged young staffs of departments to take part in competition. The competition pushed the operators to quickly and effectively master the operation skills, to be adapted to YOFC’s continuous and deep practice of lean production, and consequently to comprehensively improve operators’ study, growth and contributions to their posts, to lay down the elite foundation for YOFC’s leap development, and to promote the outlook of “Sense of Responsibility, High Efficiency and Professionalism”.
