During Nov 4-6, 2009, KEMA Quality Certification Co. Ltd. (of the Netherlands) conducted surveillance audit for quality management system (QMS) of the company.
The top management, management representative, fibre and cable production departments, Logistics and Quality Assurance departments received the audit. The auditor found the management strengths in quality management and also proposed suggestions and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Since the audit took the standard ISO 9001:2008 as one of the auditing criteria, YOFC will be awarded a certificate based on 2008 edition of ISO 9001 standard.
