On June 23rd 2009, the production, process, equipment and IT engineers from YOFC XMKJ, totally 19 came to YOFC，where they would be trained for 9 weeks. This is a significant step of a new strategic cooperation project of YOFC and Xinmao—YOFC XMKJ Optical Cable Co., Ltd.
During the training course, the trainees received 16 lessons including optical fibre, optical cable, raw materials, production management, 6S, coloring process, fibre ribbon, secondary coating process, stranding process, sheathing process, mould designing, optical cable inspection, equipment maintenance, IT system and accessory equipment installation. Not only did YOFC leaders and teachers patiently teach the trainees the special knowledge but also cared about their daily life, which made them adapt quickly to living in the south so that the trainees could engage themselves fully into the study in a good environment.
The trainees spent this summer and learnt rich knowledge. They got not only the technology knowledge but also YOFC’s enterprise culture of “Sense of Responsibility, High Efficiency and Professionalism”. Their attitude of study was praised by every teacher.
The first phase of training on YOFC XMKJ staff was completed perfectly on time, which could be a great help to YOFC XMKJ Optical Cable Co. Ltd. The second phase is on the way in Jiangsu YOFC Zhongli, and the third is about to begin on schedule.
