On July 20th, co-organized by YOFC’s Party Committee, the Trade Union, the Youth League, HRA Department, Fiber Department, Cable Deaprtment and Specialty Product Department, YOFC’s 11th Youth Post Skill Competition had its opening. This competition will have a round respectively in the third quarter and the fourth quarter of 2009. The purpose is to push operators to quickly and effectively master operation skills, so as to be adapted to YOFC’s continuous and deep practice of lean production, satisfy urgent demands by YOFC’s production departments, which in the end comprehensively improves operators’ study, growth and contributions to their posts, lays down the elite foundation for YOFC’s leap development, and promote the outlook of “Sense of Responsibility, High Efficiency and Professionalism”.
